Anyone else see the Recon Maruader helmet pictured on the character screen left, immediately following the "Discover Secrets of the Old Republic" title slide?

Ah! Also on the character with the odd (and useless appearing) sword, screen right, just before the "exclusive 8-player skiff for pre-orders" title.

EDIT: On further examination, that same character appears in several other places, including center screen fighting the droid army (facing away).

False hopes/advertizing? Or glimpse of things to come?

My gut's vote is for the former, of course.

I wouldn't hold my breath. They like to pull out all the art assets for advertising purposes.

Yeah look at some of the stuff from the inital launch that never made it in game.

I also noticed in some of the early screen shots that there was a character wearing some Marauder assault biceps. I really hope the completed marauder schems aren't the new AS features for us.

more to the point. I kinda hope they are -part- of it. But not ONLY it. It would really suck if thats -all- they added.

Thanks! Our work's internet speed is horrible, so I only got to watch it slow and choppy, but that was definately the marauder recon. Hopefully, it makes it further than beta this time!
