Directly from the patch notes on TC, perhaps now the issue is resolved:







Fixed problem where clothing/armor pulled from a crate is not retaining color customization.

NOTE: The problem is with the schematic itself. So any problem schematics need to be re-created to work properly.



No testing info on TC available yet, as far as i know.

I'd like to join the pessimists in saying that I too will believe it when I see it working again. This aint the first time that they've "fixed" this problem

They have said this the past 4 or 5 fixes that have gone in. I too am now a cynic and will believe it when I see it.

The part I highlighted in red seems to be something new though..... this is the first time they've pointed out a specific problem, as opposed to...... 'well, it should work now'. Guess we can keep our fingers crossed.

The problem is that when the devs caused this mess to begin with, they were trying to stop the crates we already had made from working. What I mean, is that they were trying to make the socketed boots and socketed gloves come out with no sockets when pulled since all new stuff is now this way. However, as we all know, they failed miserably and caused the current color issues we now have.

Odd I could have swore it got broke a patch or two after the CU )pub 16 was Cu, pub 17 it got broke)... perhaps you should know what your talking about before you speak
