To my knowledge, Marauder armor is battle armor. Armorsmiths make it.
I had the Marauder quest armor in my inventory when the CU was rolled out. It converted to Battle armor.

There is Maurader Recon armor. It wason TC. and i've seen it on the Galaxy Wide Vender Search. Not all pieces but some.

Prior to the CU , marauder (recon) armor was a quest reward from the marauder stronghold on endor. This was a 4 piece set. I haven't tried the quest since the CU when live, might be a good place to start.

What drops the schem or how do i get ahold of it? anyone know?

you may be hearing this guy wrong.
there is maurader recon armor. It's a full set and it is Armor not "clothing" Full set somes with both bicep pieces, forearm pieces, chest, legs, boots, gloves and a very stylish looking helmet with spike on it.

That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure i wasn't missing something.... I do have an old Pre-Cu suit of this, that still counts as armor, crappy armor, but still armor.

This armor isnt craftable that im aware of, but ive been hearing rumors from some peeps on chilly that the full suit is now lootable on endor doing the quest mission. The stats are equivalent to a basic armor set, but its there.

I've heard the quest reward is just clothing, nothing more, and wearable by anyone... Only prob is the only toon I have that could do the quest, is my Jedi... and she already did it.
