I'm looking to buy 2 Black on Black with RedfeathersWookiee Hunting armor with High Kinetic and base resistance (80% 60% base), I see composit go for 225k-300k these days, I saw the hunting for 900k!?!?! What are you armor guys thinking? I mean Cmon I go through that armor ina day!
I saw a couple of people selling ir for 200k in AHAZI, can they PLZ post your Vendor Waypoints here?
Thanks in Advance

First of all...this isn't a trade forum...sorry
Second, the higher price of wookie hunter armor is very justified. If rangers would sell us our needed organic resources in good quantites and at the same price we can buy inorganic resources, there wouldn't be a need for the higher price. However, when you consider: I usually pay 60:1 or more for organics...vs. 3:1 for inorganics, and that one run of hunter armor takes 13x as many as organics as one run of composite armor (composite is mostly inorganic)...then there's your justification for a higher price.
Sell us 100K stacks of top-notch organics at 3:1, and we'll make cheaper wookie armor for you...and plenty of it

I sell it for 168K in my shop on Wanderhome, but then again, I do all of my own Hide/Bone hunting. Well, me and my 97 point harvesting droid (some good things came from the DE revamp). Nonetheless, the poster above is correct to state that the Organic requirements are verysteep for this armor BUT, it is only a four poece set after all. I think, to a non-scout skilledAS, pricing at 250-300k a suit would be equitable. If you are actually paying 60c per hide/bone, that is still only 36,800 credis (minus segments) for one entire set of the Hunting Armor. They time investment is rather steep however.
More to the issue of price point setting may be the fact that this armor eats Tailor crafted "Armor Padding," like a starving Rancor, and at a 18pad per suit requirement THAT can run into some serious investment cash! Practically a crate per suit! And Tailors don't even like to make the stuff!! In fact, I had to gather 35,000 Hides and have my Tailor friend make me two 1000 run schematics for me!

Despite being fewer pieces a suit of Hunting Armor uses more than 7 times the amount of creature organics that a suit of Composite does, and most of those are named!
I have my hunting suits priced a bit over my stun PvP armor (which ain't cheap), but really I should be charging more even though the resists are worse...

Greetings Comrades!
As a recent Wookiee Master Armorsmith on Bloodfin I have just started making sets of Hunting Armor after about 3 weeks of intense resource collection and outlaying a few Million Credits to purchase the desired quality materials.
Currently I sell sets of Hunting Armor (80%Kin/64%base) for 180K and to be honest if it wasnt for my sense of compassion for my fellow Wookiee's id be charging a hell of a lot more!.
It seems nearly impossible to get a reliable supply of the specialised organicsin any quantity these days. This means that I have been spending a large part of my time out hunting for hides and bones etc and maintaining a string of harvesters across 5 different planets!.
I have to say making Composite sets is so much easier, less effort and far less stress.
If I am unable to secure some level of supply soon then I shall be forced to bump my prices to reflect the time/effort I have to expend in collecting the materials.
Cheers

Just a suggestion, maybe if BE's could 'farm' the needed resources or if Tailors could make 'synthetic' hides organics would be a lot easier to get then having to rely soly on creature harvesting. I think this would help not only armorsmiths, but tailors/Bio-Engineers too.

I think it's been said before...but I think the best add-on to the game would be some sort of "Scout" trap device...which functions much in the same way as a mineral harvestor. Kinda makes sense...our ancestors in the 1700's were able to sets traps for beaver and otter...but for some reason...master rangers in the future can't pull it off?
...wow...we must have really lost touch with the natural world

If I didn't have a few wookiee friends, I wouldn't be bothering with this stuff at all. So, there's another alternative.
(900K does seem a bit much though, yes)
But, whatever, it's a challenge and that's why I started up armorsmith to begin with.
