hey is it possible n any other server apart from bloodfin (we can get 72% base on bloodfin)

Shadowfire.. 71% base.(unenhanced) max that i personally know and have done.. ittov might of gone higher

71% on Eclips... there has been higher 74% and so but dont now how they did make it

71 is all i can get on wanderhome however i have to be getting close to 72 cause i can use my lesser Petro (954vs 986) and my lesser hide (oq+SR 1650 vs 1800) and still get 71.

Ive seen 74% on Chilastra...but only on one vendor.

80% kin + elec

72% base

and

80% eng 80% kin 80% elec 71% base

and

80% eng+ elec

73% base

THESE ARE UN ENHARNCED (no ns shards/janta used)

Yes. And they're also composite, not ubese.

ps. I've made ubese gloves with 73% kinetic, 26% base, with schematiced layers, so that should be repeatable anytime. (Just don't want to spend the resources on Ubese, really

Question is how high can you get base if you use electricity or even better stun layers so not to push a very usefull resist like energy or kinetic to special resist..........

on Valcyn right now we can get 13% stun 70% Base ( 80% kinetic 71% base possible too, but I see no pt in that armor and I'm not producing it).

31% stun/70% base or 27% stun/71% base on bloodfin.
But everyone likes their maxed sutn resists and the best I can do there is 39/68.

You can do 72% base on Eclipse but u need the really old Colat, I tend to only use that in my Stun Armors since its so rare.
