I just wanted to know what the rest of the AS's thought about this. Here is what I would consider our top issues:
1. Flucuating Stats
2. Either armor is not protecting or combat window needs to be fixed so people stop saying "armor sucks"
3. Encumberance Encumberance Encumberance
In my opinion these issues are what is killing our profession. Thoughts anyone ?

Ok..
1. What the heck are you talking about? I've not seen stats fluctuate on any armor I've created. Are you talking about experimentation successes lowering resists? Are you talking about shield generators suddenly dropping effectiveness they once had? Both these issues need fixing, but a dev can't do anything with 'fluctuating stats" Please clarify.
2. Armor is protecting and visible on the combat window, however the majority of player weapons have armor piercing value of light or greater, making armor next to useless against them. IMHO If weaponsmiths can create rifles and carbines with high armor piercing abilities, armorsmiths should be able to create armor with at least medium armor rating to reduce this damage. As it stands armor is useless to the high level player because any weapon he is hit with pierces his armor and shields with ease.
Although wearing light armor while getting hit with a heavy weapon does absorb some damage (an ATST can hit for 1.1k without armor, 800 with light armor with 17% energy resists) the benefits of this armor no where near outweigh the huge cost in HAM from wearing the armor. You survive long enough to get one shot off, so what....
MY solution to number two is make ubese and padded medium rated armor, and composite at heavy rated, and leave HAM penalties as they are.
3. If my suggestions in 2 are not taken, then yes, encumbrance issues need to be addressed.
BTW. I think we should request a replacement for Kanabiis if he/she doesn't come back online soon. Its been at least a week since the last post from our correspondant. This is getting ridiculous, we don't even have an outlet to contact the devs with these issues.

Have you been reading these forums ? Yes armor stats are changing just like PSG stats change. That is a huge problem. And dont tell me armor is working I have done MANY first hand tests on it spending a great deal of time looking into how well armor works. Maybe its just my server but I get protection at best on every 3rd hit I take from a MOB. Maybe I am getting the protection but it is not showing up in the combat window and lets face it every other person out there that buys armor is going to look at the combat window and say "hey its not protecting me and I am not going to buy any more armor"

Sorry, I haven't been reading the forums that closely and I haven't noticed a difference lately.]
Haven't noticed that problem with a single piece of my armor, its all been stopping shots just like it should be.
The changing resistances are a problem, but to claim outright that armor isn't protecting you is pretty bold, how do you know its not a problem with combat window reporting dmg...
There are so many problems right now, I can't keep track of everything.

And just to give them an easy thing to respond to/fix:
Is armor coloring intended to require tailoring skill to master?
If not, fix it. Either way, a quick response wouldn't be hard.

Ok, I'm wanting to take a slightly different approach to our Top Issues this time around. Noting that those things which annoy us most may not be what we most discuss with others, I'd like to do it as follows.
Please list your 3 most relevant issues; those issues which are most important to you or have the greatest effect on your game play as a Dancer (please note: not your game play as it may pertain to other professions you may have but strictly speaking as a dancer).
And your 3 most topical issues; those issues pertaining to your game as a dancer which you discuss with other entertainers you play with.
Let's try to stick with issues, not bugs. Extra points for verbosity!
For reference, here's the previous Top Issues list.

Dance movement - Most dances end up with you sliding halfway across the cantina after a few flourishes, needs to be a way to root the dancer so flourishes work around 1 spot. This would help in busy cantina's and for group performances.
Group performances - Ability to /changegroupdance would be exceptionally useful, ability to sync base dances in some way would also help and above point on dance movement would help keep people organised.
Variety in props - Allow colours to be chosen during the crafting process, for ribbons, torches, glowsticks etc. Would allow more varied looks to performances and customising props to your outfit.

Which of those would you say were your relevant (most important) issues and which your topical (most discussed) issues?

Well i kept it focised to strictly dancer related issues as me playing as a dancer. They are pretty much in order from top to bottom, the second lot you wanted i wasnt quite sure what you were aiming for, do you mean gripes such as hybrids etc?

Using myself as an example; I wouldn't consider cantina spam to be one of my top 3 issues (Addignore is my friend) but it is one of the issues that I find is most frequently discussed amongst dancers in the cantina. Again..justan example.

Ahh well then main discussed thing among cantina patrons.
1) AFK dancers/musicians/ents - Firsty they always take up space on the main floor, second they usually run macros with spam or emotes, thirdly it frustrates people to walk into a cantina and see AFKers.
2) Stupid names - SOE really need to enforce naming policies, friday night in theed cantina had someone called Donnaaa Kebab. Enough said really.
3) Group size for dance/musician/ent groups - Needs to be bigger than 8.

Should we include unattendedness? I mean, if that's not an issue that the devs would even consider dealing with, then if we did include it in a list it would be wasted and we'd really only be submitting a top 2 list.
