The Ceiha, with buffs how they are nobody cares about HAM anymore, just resistance stats.
Shame that the Epaut's OQ isn't higher for you though.

There's very little difference between the 2 when it comes to oq+ma.

Definately Ceiha. I would use Epaut only for tailoring, never in armorsmithing unless it was the only hide in the world.

My 2 cents
It would be the Rori Drop ...Why you ask , because Paralopes are like the extinct creature on Talus . I have spent well over 5 hrs hunting them with a Ranger PA member and we came up with 400 hides (one spawn ) .
The Rori drops off of Turtons which you can get missions for and will last a LONG time with your segments that you make . I don't know how you do it but I make my segments to how my resources are . I only make large runs of layers when I have large quantities of Hides . Makes no sense to have stuff come out worse when you can tweek the segment and layers to your resource quality .
Would I love 30k worth of Talus hides on Eclipse sure would , if you expect to buy it I saw a post that started 5k worth for 260 cpu , and that went bidless ..

off course the Talus one but with what price 
to make it worth wile hunting this stuff it cost near 300cpu or so and you get the rori stuf for 35cpu..... on mass load,
I just got 35k of this rori wooly in and tried a few experiments with it got 87% base with it and if you use Atef its 89% and this Talus get me at 90% experiment
It gives 1% less base resist and some better Enc (but Atef gives a better Enc then both)
Im just get some good sised stack in because you never no how long it takes to a good spawn

Nice , I haven't used any yet . My PA mates have a nice 50k spot for me ( I want 200k though , which I will ne dup trying or buying ) . So this should be nice 
We really need some wooly to pop on DANT now , god that POP was great .. So easy to get a ton of .

Im sure its late Starpilot but not sure what ur numbres mean. Im guessing u mean 87-89Kin? or elec im not sure. I understand what u mean by 90% experiment. Actually re-reading the post im sure u mean ur crafting exp percentages. I just want to clarify. it is by no means a flame.
