Chest/Helm/Gloves/Boots today.
Got 71% electric
80% kinetic
57%base
How can I improve? I am an 11point AS already.

Make an unlayerd glove, with as many points into base as possible in both the segment and final, then tell us what the base is.... We can then tell you what you need to to and what may be possible...

some layer and segment info would be great :-)
But Im guessing you are experimenting special resists (bottom bar) on your segments (electric resists give you away there)
I very seldom put enything into special on the segments as elec damage really isnt something people look for (exception triple 80% comp)
try putting all you points into the middle bar followed by the top bar and see what kind of stats you end up with :-)
But with the unlayered gloves we can make a much better estimate on your options

So make a glove with no layers besides the composit layer needed and put all stats into base?

Ok gloves with no Kinetic Layer turned out like this
57%electric
49%base

What quaility resources are you using Excloud? Im from Lowca, and you could name them off, and I would know if they are what I used.
But try maxing out base (effect) on the kinetic layers) then stack 3 into a segment, and then max out base on segment also. If you have the correct stuff, you'd hit about 34-35% base on the segments which equals out to about 68-70% base, 80 % kin, 80% elec.

I can't do that 
I canceled my account about 3 days ago. I was Orracle Syther, but I am still knowledgable on all resources for AS.

What u ever do with all ur SEA's hehe? Ok i did the kinetic layers all in base now when i make the actual comp segment should I put most into base? Also what about all ur resources lol

Yes, now you put 3 layers into the ADVANCED composite armor segment, and experiment into the base (middle row)
That is the reason why I did not sell, or auction on forums. I sold my account for cash.
