Hey there guys, just made my first [real] piece of RIS.
Turned out very well.
Condition:
44169/44169
44169/44169
2 sockets
Special Resists:
80 kin
13 stun
13 stun
Base Resists:
80 base
80 base
Encumbrance:
H-64
A-56
M-201
A-56
M-201
I used:
14%/-7 NS layer
3/14% Kinetic Layer
3/13% Stun Layer
6% Yellow Geo Cube
5% Janta Hide
~4 points into base on final, 6 pts into special, last two into durability.... got amazing on dura and base exp.

too lazy to get a screenie. I chose a dark gray major with deep blue minor color scheme though

my prtscr button apparantly doesnt work... im using a microsoft media keyboard... anybody know what key combo's will activate tertiary command? (it goes insert-->sysrq-->prtscr)

Turn off the "F-Lock" and see what happens
Mine does the same thing

31% base from the layers and loot might be too much. Could go 2% on the layers and lower the ham/increase the condition. Otherwise a nice 80/80 piece.

so where does the pic file store? I think I activated the prtscn button (the game sort of paused after I hit it) but now I cant find it in any of my documents folders or in the game directory itself. /shrug ill figure this out later

Man, thats some nice loot there.
Just one minor quibble - you would have had the 80% base without the Janta hide in there, given your other components. I would have found a kick arse NS shard to go in there and drop the encum to something sick. That, or tried to get a sharnaff plate with acid above 10% - then everything but LS would be covered in the resists....

This was my first try at RIS, the spreadsheet showed that I'd need exactly as much base as I applied... but it was off. I was about 2% over.
Sadly I dont have any shards that would do a helm like that justice. My best is only 10/17/38.... Id like to find some in the 50s for RIS /shrug
next piece will be a chestplate with same loot but slightly altered experimentation. (Ill just use stun for helm and chest... I like that combo)
then Im out of 14% NS layers 6% cubes.
Im going to flesh out this suit with double 3/14 kinetic layers with 11% NS layers. Depending on how the base and special resists play out I may use NS shards on these (I have a variety ofshards with specific significant lowering points, IE 3x/1x/1x, 1x/44/1x, etc etc)
This suit is going to be a give to my home city and guild center, Mos Tequila on tatooine, Naritus. The helm is currently on display in the City Hall if anybody cares to drop by for a peek.
first I have to get more GDK scales though
