I saw a small sampling of these on another forum thread. Is it bad as I've heard or is the drop rate increasing? Let's see...

All random spawns:

1st scale: 3 kills

2nd scale: 26 kills

3rd scale: 4 kills

4th scale: 4 kills

5th scale: 25 kills

6th scale: 39 kills

7th scale: 5 kills

8th scale: 13 kills

Total: 8 scales, 119 dead GDK's

EDIT: Just got my 6th

EDIT2: Wow. Got two in one trip out there. So hot. Want to touch the hiney.

EDIT3: Looted the last scale I need (bought two).

Killed 61 kimos with no scale, then decided to take my jedi out to lok and got one on the first try, heh.

Excellent thread!

Kimo town kills: Dozens. Mostly solo, a few while grouped. Zero drops.

Wild kills: Three or four group kills. One drop.

its too random...i get 1scale in 5 then after 30 i still don't get then i get 2scale in 6 BLAH...i have been taking a long break from killing gdks
