Thread: the armorhole is back :(

it been noticed be and few friend that with last patch ubese armor at least has a big hole wearing a full set 72% kinrtic and still get hit like you not wearing armor. even happened with a brand new set. a jedi friend said same thing happening with the robes has anyone notice this with composite or padded armor yet?or is this link only with armor that has jacket in stead of full nine pieces. either think we need to check this out. and get it fixed.

Close, I have a problem where if I wear a full suit of Ubese, as soon as I step 500m from my house it vanishes and I'm nekked. As soon as I step back in my house it's on me again.

well mine doesn't disappear like that looks ike i'm wearing it but in combat its like i'm not wearing it.

Are you sure its an armor hole... What are you fighting? Have you tried fighting other stuff? I assume the condition on the armor is good.
and as for disappearing stuff... that has happened to me before. OUr city (and my house) at the time was on a server line (according to csrs). My advice - move your house.

as fgar as condition it was brand new. fighting rancors tried even mummer and they were hiting me like i wasn't wearing any armor even trie another new set of ubese mafe by a diff as same thing happens. but with composite i doent happen to have that issue

believe it is an armor problem also used brand new 72-80% kinetic armor agaisnt giant bax nitches and rancor had no protection at all wore 80% kinetic composite armor was fine as usauall also a friend has this issue with his jedi also. and tested with other armor types it seems anything including jedi robes that has less then 9 nines pieces no longer counting all areas like ubese for example the system may not be count the sleves as protectioing the bicepts or it counting thos but not the chest. now i have worn the ubese pants and boots with composite armor was still protect . wore the jacket and rest compositeand ouch thats where the problem lies.and tried this withother jackets same results so thers the area withthe hole. reason not many complaints for this is the fact very few wear ubese and almost everyone wears composiite so problems withother armor type go unoticed

yep - I have been hit by the armor hole a couple days ago omw to the village. Wearing a full suit of brand new Ubese. WB!

Were you incapped on action then?
Also what clothing were you wearing with the armour?

hard to pinpoint where this hole is but my feelings are its either in the chest area or arms and bicepts. due to i wore both ubese pants,boots,helmet and gloves and composite chestplate ,bicepts and bracers. it looked goofy but was protected.only cloths or shirt i wear under them is a meelee d shirt. overall i think it something haywire with the ubese jackets

I got socked tonight at the village with an armorhole...fanshot for 3000k from a Sith Thug. Went from Full HAM to incap in 1 shot
...now I should add that I was wearing composite helm, chest, gloves and boots only...I read today that perhaps pants are now needed

come to think of it ..it was health. So pants wouldnt have helped
I was also wearing a 1 piece suit..no be clothes

1800 damage whallop by one of those sith thugs at the village
all of it went through (health to be exact)
one shot and me dead

yeah healthis definatly what take to main damage fom things so its got to be with the ubese jacket its probably not protecting the chest area
