Hi all,

Think this is my first time posting to the AS forum. So be gentle.

I am trying to do the RIS quest, and ironically, I have everything I need EXCEPT for Chanlon Intrusive Ore.

Can any of you guys tell me the last time it was in shift? Is this stuff pretty rare or something?

Also,I know tapes are random and stuff, but I was wondering if there is a particular site that gives out Exp tapes more than others? Kind of a law of averages thing.

70 million for a tape is a little more than I can afford, since I am a custom armorsmith, and not one with a shop.

on naritus, chanlon is spawn around once every 2 or 3 months

good thing i sucked up ore in preparation to do Arch.

Luckily i never had to, when going over my ore i found that i had 88k of nice chanlon, OHHH THEY JOY

But yea, chanlon is hell to find

Yeah, Chanlon is pretty damn rare. I just recently paid 1500cpu for only a few thousand units of it on Chimaera, but I was desperate.

Chanlon was actually the first mineral I laid a harvestor on. I intended on selling it in order to do the Holo-grind. I gre weary about it and the stuff sat on my basement floor forever. Then I happen to decide to go AS. Then to do the RIS Quest. I ended up buying 15k of the lower class Chanlon before I found the good stuff gathering dust. Talk about irony.

sigh. Oh well. Guess I will just have to wait for weeks to get any, for it to come back into shift.

Pretty sad when I have all the other stuff to make RIS, but some stupid ore.

Hehe, my PA has a nasty habit or keeping obscure and small amounts of resources. I happen to find 15K of the best CHanlon to spawn on Flurry so far. I grabbed and kept my big fat mouth shut about it.
