Generally speaking, what is the most used type of resource you guys use?? I'm assuming steel, but we both know what assuming does....


I'd like to stock up while I have money before I spend it on something stupid like my nasty fishing habit.

Steel. yes. For grinding. Followed by fiberplast, for grinding.


For crafting, just about everything takes steel, ore, gas, polymer, copper, aluminum. Very often just ferrous and non-ferrous metals, but that just means stock more steel and copper/aluminum.

Hello, I am new to crafting and working on gathering resources, part of this is the power for my harvesters.


I was harvesting some "Known Radioactive" and now that the spot is depleted the Mineral Survey Device no longer has the resource listed at all.


Does the mean that there is none on the planet, I am out of range or something else ?

It usually means that a fresh spawn of Known Radioactive hasn't spawned yet. Search some of the other planets and see if there are any others on them. A good website to visit for all your resources spawning needs is www.swgcraft.com

Just to clairify... if a resource does not show up on the survey tool the resource is NOT availible on that planet. SWGCraft is your best friend if you are a crafter or a miner. Good luck
