With this most recent patch, I am seeing something strange. Whereas previously I could make a BER13 large harvester with a 94% construction, today I was still BER12 despite being 96% on a heavy natural gas harvester. Have any other architects noticed anything strange? All my resources are mid 900 UT HR and SR.

I'm having alot of 'good' or 'moderate' results during my experimantation on medium, mineral and chemical. I did6 medium minerals up to now, and 4 had a good or moderate results, each time twice in a row. I only did 3 chemicals, and that happened twice in the three attempts. All components were experienced to 96%, with good materials.
Ironically, when doing heavies, I got BER13 every single try, since the moment I had problems with the mediums.

Did you use the exact same mining components for them?
And for the mining components what % experiment result did they have? They should be as high as you can in the 90% range. Just getting BER6 on the mining component isn't really enough, you want to max out the percentage.

That sounds like a streak of bad luck.
