I have atained the level to make large house deeds now, and will be selling them for the starting price of 200k. As always I will accept large qualties of low grade ore and metal for trade or discount.

What kind of maitenance fee is required on a house this size?

200K!!??!! ROFLMAO!! That's beta prices Dude.....money is not so easy to come by now as it was in beta....good luck selling at those prices. ROFLMAO!!

Sylena, first Congratulations on making it (Buildings III)that far...that had to takealot of work in a short period of time, very very impressive!!
I also would be curious if you know the maintainace cost and how many lots (out of our 10) does this take up??
