I apologize if this has been asked before, but I'm kind of new at this. I'm just looking for average prices here. I am currently attempting to get myself to Master Architect so I can build a PA hall for my guild, but I'm not sure I want to stay at Master Architect, and it will take me a long time since I'm doing most of the work by myself. So I'm looking into the alternative of purchasing one from a Master Architect? Anyone have any plans to sell PA halls and what are people looking at for their average prices?

They're gonna cost ah hecka freckin lot. They cost 55,000 to 63,000 resouces and a master architect. I am guessing 200,000 to 600,000 credits

I sold 2 pa halls in beta, one for 100k, and the other for 100k w/ a 100k tip for banging it out for him in a couple hours time.

My hope is to never see one sold below 200k, simply because at 100k, that's less than 1 credit per resource....

My best guess is between 300-500k, although I have no idea. I'm a firm believer that buildings SHOULD be expensive and should not be afforded by every Joe StarWars who runs missions for a day or two.

In beta, I sold PA Halls for 200k if I provided the resources. 100K if they provided the resources.

Camerman, if you only base it on the price they go for yes.

As mentioned before, large structures such as PA halls take crapload of resources.

In order to build a PA Hall you need at very least :

1 Person beeing Master Arch Master Artisan

1 Sturcture Factory

1 Standard Factory

1 Small house with a personal crafting station

A few large harvesters

Now all of this takes up maint and energy. And not just a little bit.

So you may want to rethink about your statement.

Also remember, 20, 30, or even 50 people will be paying this cost...perhaps ONCE in their playing this game.

How much do you tip a dancer/musician? Divide even 500,000 out by just 20 people and you're at 25k. Tip a dancer 500cr 50 times and you've just spent as much money there. Or 100cr 250 times. I'm SURE you'll hit the cantena 250 times in a year or two of playing, especially if you're a combat class.

Imagine the worst case scenerio...50 people chip in for a 200k cost PA. That's only 4k a piece!!!! Oh, boy they'd have to go destroy 4 paralope nests....sheesh...I'm an architect and I could get that kind of cash in destroy missions in an HOUR of play.

Suckers? I think not. I think structure prices should be MUCH higher if you ask me. It's a one time purchase, then what? Then the world is filled with towns, houses, and PA halls and architects have little or no job. It may get money initially but in the long run it'll taper off while other classes are continually getting more and more. Players should have to save up to purchase buildings...but then there will always be those out there selling for little or no profit ruining the economy. 100k if they give me the resources...SHEESH!
