Amins can't drop stuff in buildings. Only the owners can. That's the problem! All the officers in the guild are set up as PA Hall admins, but what good does it do the? Okay, it allows them to access the PA Bank in the maintence pool, but that's it! They can't place furniture or vendors.
Like I said - THIS IS A MJOR PROBLEM.

well they could trade furniture to the owner and he could place it.... but puting them on the vendor list should fix the vendor problem....

I realize this poses a huge problem for PAs, but it's also a big frustration for people who just want to share a house with their friend. My friend is a Novice Bounty Hunter and neither of us really even need a small house to ourselves so I decided that to save 2 of my plots, we share the house I built for him. The problem is now that I couldn't drop ANYTHING in the house. Not crafting stations, not furniture; hell, when I gave him all the stuff to drop, it won't even let me USE the crafting stations now!!! Not only that but I can't declare my residence there or recieve any of the benefits of living in a house. I am on every list (except ban of course) and all I can do is enter the building and feed it credits. This is a huge problem no matter what your situation. I think I'll write a bug report a day about it until they fix it...

Some of us think it will be a feature for Player Cities.
The problem of Permissions has been addressed, we are awaiting a response.

I don't know where else to go with this. I'm not an architect but a customer of architects and the way building permissions work just isn't right! This needs to be addressed! We just dropped our PA Hall and only the building owner can drop stuff? He's not an artisan! He has no business! We want PA Vendors and we want the officers to be able to furnish the place!
Please get this addressed! This seems like a MAJOR problem for architects because many people WILL NOT BUY bigger houses and PA halls if they can't allow their friends to put down vendors and what not.
This should be a priority.

has the person that built the house tried going to the structure management terminal and added people to the admin and vendor list?

Yea thanks Zarcath. Also, I don't know if this is my imagination or not, but I have found that you heal all types of wounds while resting in your declared residence. It's slow but both me and my friend have thought to see this happen.
