We have a new PA, and this is my first PA in SWG. I was wanting some advice/insight on how other PA's handle resource gathering/sharing. Especially with the currrent "Drop" bug,

All you need is a vendor. People offer you resources on the vendor and you sell on the vendor. For the vendor owner it is a little bit of a pain. They have to accept every offer and turn around and sell it to entire PA.

I'm the Head Architect for my PA, so it's my job to maintain the harvesters and gather the resources.

All my Architects have vendors in their homes, and I split the resources evenly and put them in their Offers To Vendors screen each day for 1 credit each. My Architects then pick up their resources when they get online.

Warning: There is a severe bug if you try to sell split resources on your vendor. Check the Merchant forum for all the gory details. But so far, we've never had any problems putting split resources in the Offers To Vendors screen.
