Thread: Specific Factory Question: Does Identical work for Similar?

While I've made factories for others, I've never used one. Now I'm about to, as I have qualified for both Buildings 4 and Harvesters 4. I've looked at the schematics to see what "identical" items I need and I'm ok with that.
But here's my question. While I've got the factory up and running, I was considering making a factory schematic for a sturctural module and seeing if I couldn't just crank out a boatload of those too.
I know I'll be cutting myself off at the knees for xp on them, since I'm not Master yet, but there are just times when you have orders and really don't have the time to sit there and click 35,761 times. Having a nice crate of structural modules made up would be a boon.
Question is, if the wall module schematic calls for "similar" structural moduels, will it still work if I use identical ones out of a factory? Or will I have a crate of useless modules?
