I did the mini quest where I went and spoke with the three artist then voted. Now when I return to the musuem to see if I can buy a schematic...I get nothing but I voted already and I was just stopping through. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go an chat with the museum curator. and say you would like an panting. you get an option when chatting with him. 1schematic cost 48k. has 2uses and can be used i making factory run. so you get total of 2k painting per schematic if you have the resources for it

If there is no option to buy the painting then it might be bugged. Various servers get bugged and you can't buy the painting. You should have an option to buy the painting from the curator at any time, the voting 'quest' is not necessary to buy the painting.

I can't seem to find this Valvi person who is supposed to be "near a square near Lucky Despot." I looked around the Despot and no one by that name. Am I missing something?
