you get one star for a very lame suject.....I hate vague subjects. No rugs as of last night, inless it's some jedi skill....
hmm, jedi weavers...THAT is why they had to master those skills. 
Sorry for the vague subject, thought 'Rugs' or 'WTB a rug' might get me sent to the id forums.
it was not an 'official swg' website, but a very extensive one. /sigh there goes my dreams of soft floor coverings.
Was also told by an arch that he thought you had to have tailoring and arch skills to make them. I am just trying to dispel the disinformation.

I've got arch 4/4/2/1 and novice tailor and don't have any rug schematic. Maybe with both at master, but I rather doubt it.
I think the rug is just a distant dream. much like the black couch with the technoish arms (not the black and grey one.) I am a personal cash-cow, i mean friend to several master archs, and they have told me it is impossible to make. and i keep asking. <sheepish grin> but in a nice way....
Someday i want a painting like they have in the buildings around the cities. I'm looking for them to add an artist skill tree (not artisan) where you get to paint by numbers and such. (much like tailoring)

I was asked the same question ingame, They can not be made by Master Tailor, Master Architect or Master Artisans.
I saw on some website that decorative rug is craftable. REALLY???!!!! By whom?
