Are factories supposed to give 10% of the crafting exp to their owner? I have an equipment factory up producing droids and I am not getting a drop of Droid Crafting Experience out of it. Is this a bug, or is this intended?

I had this same question. Tried to make some structural modules in a structure factory and when I was done with the first 10. No experience..so made 10 more and still nothing. Is there a trick to this?
