I have a house but I don't know how to place things on the walls. I've seen it done. Please help me, your my only hopebiwan:

If you have stairs in the room that you want to put items on the wall of then you can, if you have no stairs in the room you want items on the walls of then you are out of luck.

There is no up/down command, all those wall displays you've seen were done using the stair trick and a lot, and I mean that, of fiddling with moving back and forth.

Do a search for 'stair trick' or 'hanging on walls' and you should find a description of the process.

Walk up a stairway to the level you'd like to hang the item. Drop it on the stairs. Then, move the item to a wall using the /move and /rotate command.

Yep, exactly as others have posted. You walk up stairs to the level you want and drop it, then /move forward xx (some number) /move back xx /rotate left xx (degrees) or /rotate right xx. People that can do this well, actually make good cash doing interior design . Lots of people just dont want the headache of doing it. Of course you have to give admin rights to the person, so they can drop and pickup stuff in the house, so make sure it's someone you are comfortable with.

I found it very helpfulwhen doing this to make four macros. One to move forward 10, another one to move forward 1 and the same for backwards. With these you can move the objects around your house very quickly.

Pressing ctrl-up will let you scroll up through previous commands you've typed, so moving stuff is very fast just using that if you prefer it to writing macros. ^_^
