Thread: How crafting works .Please Help

If you really are a Master Architect and don't understand this, then you might want to look at www.swgcraft.com for a "Crafting Basics" type of document.
You need to "experiment" to get better results.
Make yourself a weapon, droid, and general crafting tool. Go stand right beside a weapon, droid, and crafting station. Using that WDG tool, go to make another one. You should see it start out the same way (-6.xx rating), but now you should have an option to experiment. Experiment it up higher.

I tried to use the simplest thing to make (crafting kit).I use copper with a conductivity of 964 and a kit i already had with +12.06.When I try to make another crafting kit,it always comes out -6.08.Why is this happening? I want to make sure I understand the way the crafting works .Am I missing Something? The reason I am asking on a crafting kit is because it is the simplest form to explain.I am a master architect and happens on other things I craft.Please help
