I put them up as fast as I can make them. Most deeds sell pretty quick so I end up restocking more furniture than anything else.

Well, I've only been a master architect for just over a month, so my resource stock only permits me to do the following:

5 of each factory

10 of each BER10

10 of each BER13

10 of each small house

5 of each medium house

3 of each large house

I also keep a decently stocked furniture vendor. Once I start to get a decent stock room filled with resources and sub components I'll increase my on hand inventory and also set upa city structure vendor.

I stock BER10 mediums, BER13 heavies, Bestine paintings and crafting stations.

I try to put up 10-20 of each item and then restock when I notice the inventory is getting low. So I probably usually have 5-20 of each at any given time.

I have 2 locations. I stock harvesters and crafting stations at home on Talus and Harvesters and paintings at our Coronet mall.

I am curious as to how much stock the rest of the architects out there keep. I am mainly concerned with deeds. How many factories do you keep on hand? How many Harvs, houses, etc....

I am curious how the rest of you do it. I personally try to keep at least 5 of all factories, 10 of all harvesters and at least a few of each type of house. So how do you stock?

I always try to keep the following in stock:

Harvesters: 20+ factories, 10+ personal and 30+ heavies

Houses: 5 guild halls,5 large,10 medium and 15+ small

Furniture: at least 10 of each thing,100+ lamps and plants

Paintings: 10+ of each Bestine, 1 or 2 of the looted and quest paintings

Crafting stuff:10 stations and tools

Factional: 2-3 of each furniture thing

Of course, 15+ small houses means 15+ of all types, same goes for harvesters, etc. Iwould liketo stock more than this, but I'm at war with my 4000 item limit since I use about 1500 of this as storage.

I make my BER 13 harvesters for my guildies and friends as needed and also for special orders. All the reject stuff, BER 12's etc, gets put on my vendor for greatly lowered prices to reflect the less than optimal BER. I am howerver working on stocking up the resources and components I will need to factory produce heavy miners, but I am not too far into this plan yet.

That said, I have about 80 items on my structures / deeds vendor ( I have been slacking off lately and need to put some more factories up), and a couple hundred items on my artisan vendor (swoops and such) and over 1k units of furniture, roughly 10 of each except master level stuff.

Factories - 1 to 2 of each kind
Houses - at least 1 of each kind
Guild halls - 1 of each kind
Speeders - 2 of each kind
Merchant tents - 2 of each color
Gardens - 1 of each of the small basic gardens
Harvestors - depends when I want to make them

Furniture:

Chairs - at least 4 of each kind
Torches - 10 at the minimum
Plants - 4 of each kind
Statues and Fountains - 2 to 4 of each kind
Everything else - usually keep a minimum of 2 of each, but this number can be larger. I stock my vendors with every piece of furniture an architect can make.

I only stock med/heavy harvesters and bestine paintings. Paintings I've run off 5 full crates of each which was a waste cause paintings don't sell, just something there to look like I've got a variety. Then there's harvesters... been selling those for about a year now and probably biggest dealer on the server, so my point of view is mostly from a bulk production perspective. =)

Minerals 30-100 since those sell the most usually. Flora/Chem 30-80 about. And usually only 20-50 of Water/Gas since those sell slowly and for the Gas ones they eat a LOT of nice resources on the heavies. I also usually only do runs of 50-200 of each at a time, so I keep extras in full bags on a storage vendor, then toss up when needed. Will start putting in bags of 10 tho I think since people tend to buy in bulk and easier on customer if they are buying 10-50 at a time to just buy bags.

Should really use The Merchant's Friend program to track sales of items. Can see what sells best for you and what should stock most of. Also nice thing about selling harvesters is noticing when something really nice shifts in. We had a naboo fiberplast just shift like a week ago that had stats 990oq 1000sr, and I sold 80 heavy chems inside 20mins and got bombarded w/ tells for more heavies. Luckily I was already making more to have extra backstock and so far have sold 319 Heavy Chems this month alone whereas last month I only sold 68. So while it's nice having good solid stock on vendor, it's a really good practice to have some backstock handy.

And to help w/ faster turnaround on deed production for those into bulk orders, running off full schems of components ahead of time can be a huge time saver. Just make schems for deeds from available components already made, so if you sell out of something you'll be restocked inside a day instead of end of the week. =)
