As far as I know, Entry lists (and ban lists)by guild are the only one that will work.

A character must be listed by name on the entry list to bypass an entrance fee, tho.

I don't know 100% about the others, but I'm fairly sure that you must also be listed by name on the admin list also.

guild:njo should work

I can confirm this from experience. Guild:n-rr and individual names is all that works on entry.....for admin, only individual names work. Also, individual names must be present to avoid the entrance fee.
