That's part of it's built-in fire containment system.

I'm amused by the fact that torches require an electronic subcomponent but lamps don't.

heh. That doesn't bother nearly as much as having to figure out a way to move around then 100 Ore Mining Units I created the other night. lol. Thank goodness for the new 80 unit inventory.
