For details check our faq and scroll to section 3. BER 13 heavy installations are probably what you want. The only other stat is capacity which may, or may not be important to you. (compare to BER 10 Mediums which are more efficient).

Pretty much what Anthemion said. Heavy harvesters top out at BER 13 for the collection rate. Medium Harvesters top out at BER 10. Even though heavy harvesters COLLECT more they require alot more power and maintenance. Thats why you tend to see so many Medium Harvesters because in most cases its more cost effective to use Medium Harvesters.

I personally use only Heavy Harvesters. To me, the additional maintenance costs and power requirements are negated by the additional amount of resources I can collect. Its personal preference really.

Beyond that Hopper Size (how many resources a harvester can hold) is the only other stat on a harvesters. Most Heavy Harvesters tend to be around 110 - 120k hopper sizes I've found.

well at least one mention, that there are more powerful harvesters in circulation. Those harvesters result from a short period(single day or so), where it was possible to craft more than BER13. These harvesters are extremly rare and expensive and probably not worth the costs, but they have BER-rates >13 (i remember one auction with a 20+ Harvi for more than 10 mil .....)
