Most masters already do this. I've "graduated" two padawans myself.

That's brilliant, flood and already over-flooded market with more supply.

I've got 3 at the moment. But I do it differently. I pay them 9k a wall (3cr a resource). This gives them harvester cash and xp AND keeps them from flood spamming small houses for 5k since they can make more money selling to me.

Rath these people are already novice. They would hit master eventually with no help. Would you rather have them undercutting us for xp like so many have done on the way up?

I do that with a fellow architect in my PA. I have mastered, he has not. It works out for both of us. I get annoyed making all the little items and he needs exp.

I came up with a program to help young architects and at the same way allow both to make money at it.

Get an Intern/apprentice.

A Novice architect can make the main component to all non-furniture items (the structural module), and most others as well. So if you provide them with the right type of resources (pretty easy to do at master) they can grind out the wall modules and even the turbine generators. This can free up some time for the Master to give good service to the buyer, and work the factories for those identical component requirments. In addition to that you train the architect up the way you feel is best for advancement. Also for those Urban Planner aspirers out there you both get some pretty hefty xp still. Final builds on medium houses give about about 8k xp. And after the sale you can split the profit. SInce the master is the one providing the ore it is resonable that he takes most of the profit and splits the labor cost that is tact to the end.

Well anyways just my thoughts, Ideas, and eventual doings
