This is a definiate source of income for any architect who sells havestors and homes, but not for those who sell furniture. If 50% of the redeeding cost was sent to the creator of the structure, the architect would make good profits, depending on the structure. I agree with many of the other ideas such as interior decorators and landscaping as well as furniture decay, but it's my belief that this is a better source of income, although it depends on who you sell to.
