you can do this... Just place a lot of small homes, and "rent" them, if the user does not pay "rent" remove them from the Admin list, and make the house private until someone else wants it.

Interesting Idea, Would be nice to make some 10 story buildings with say 2 to 4 per story takin up 4 lots or so. Ppl could just walk in check for availibility an they would aggree to a fee removed from their account ddaily. This going to the owner. If not paid in full within a week of game they would be kicked and the owner could take their posessions
