i remember that there was a link to see all the houses that a player can made andhow many space the house can take (storage)

i cant find anymore, just wondering if oyu guys can help me which medium house that can take up to 250 space, and it maintenance is lower than large house.

As far as I know all medium houses take two lots and thus can only hold 150 items. If you need to hold 250, then your best bet is to place two medium houses and then you will have 300 items of storage with only 4 lots used up.

I only looked up the different houses lately since I wanted to upgrade from my small one for more storage. Anyway, I thought it was really odd that medium and small houses have the same storage.

Probably been discussed alot before, my first time on this forum, but is this something that you guys are trying to get changed? or is this working exactly like they want it?

No medium houses can store 250 items. Storage is based on the number of lots a house takes up at 75 per lot with a maximum of 250. Mediums all take up two lot spaces, and therefore can store 150 items. Medium houses are basically vanity pieces and/or display rooms. If you need bulk item storage it is better to go with two small houses due to their lower costs and maintenance. A lot of people who don't need all their lots end up taking a medium house to decorate and make public, and a small house set to private to store stuff in.
