Whatever the customer and you agree on - seriously.
The economy varies from server to server. The level of competition varies from server to server. We don't know what *your* business model is. Do you WANT to build PA Halls for a living, or do you regard them as a PITA? Is this a "one off" thing or are people beating down your doors for them?
A generic PA Hall takes 64,202 units of resources to build and requires an item (Power Core) that needs a whole series of factory runs (including Master Artisan items) to make. Given the prices of raw resources out there, in *my* opinion selling this for less than 200K (3 credits per unit of resources) is simply frickin' crazy - but there are people out there who do that and seem happy to be making less as an architect than they do as a miner. If that is you, go ahead.
I've sold one of these on Wanderhome for 350K. That's a price that I've seen thrown around here a bit. But *you* need to research your server and decide on your business model - no one here can set a price for you that is "right".

Do this. Tell your customer that if they can wait a week, you can sell it to them for 300-350k. If they cannot wait, they can have the one you are carrying now for 400-500k. Players will pay a premium to not wait around.
I otherwise agree that selling anything at 3 credits per resource is foolish, and is about the same as just selling the resources (maybe less). Master level equipment should make you the most profit.

I ask 325k for one which is very reasonable for the amount of work it takes to make them
