Thread: Busted harvester, no CS help -- happening to you?

Medium mineral won't take money to repair ... status doesn't change at all when I pay it. (No, it shouldn't have needed repair yet). Two attempts today, 7K credits down the toilet.
Happening to anybody else? CS response to my ticket was clueless.

Not happening to me.
On CSR tickets - sometimes I've gotten very quick responses and good results, other times I've had to add 3-4 comments to the ticket to get them to stop doing "cut&paste" responses and really pay attention.
So be persistant is my only suggestion. And polite.

That's my experience so far ... extremely inefficient process for a CS organization though ... taking 3-4 responses to fix tickets that could be fixed in one is a KILLER on response times.

I try not to be cynical, but you are presuming that they regard CS quality as a priority item like other businesses.
