I'm not an architect, but I seem to know a lot of them, anyway what I had wanted to ask was whether or not the Architect community would want to be able to choose what color their structures turn out as. Myself I would love to have a black corellian PA Hall for the guild I am forming.

I think most architects would like customization options on all the things they make. I know I would.

One of the best suggestions I've seen on this, though, is that we NOT color stuff as we make them (like tailors do), but instead have a "customization kit" that we can re-color them *anytime, just like Droid Engineers do.
That would let us run furniture (uncolored) off in a factory (for example), and then either color it before selling or as an add-on service. Do the same thing with houses - go out to the house and apply "exterior" color (main plus trim).
If they wanted to be cute, do the same thing they do with Tailor colors. Novice Architect can make a "customization" kit but the number of charges are limited (like DE), and the pallette is limited (like Tailor). Then as you progress up the tree, you get more colors and/or more charges to the kit.
