Hi ive been playing this game now for about 6months but still havent got my self a house yet.. i know very little about them please can you enlighten me alittle with costs of the houses small,medium or large (not guildhall) and there maintenance fees,

Also floor plans i know it mite not be easy to explain this im just looking for a basic house,in which i can store lots of stuff be affordable and do up nice...

any or all help would be much appreciated...

1. Check the FAQ for some of the information about houses. I believe it has a link to several sites with floorplans.

2. Prices vary from server to server and architect to architect. If you want to buy a house (after you've looked over the background material) then post on your galaxy trade forum. That way you'll get responses from people on your server with prices relevant to you.
