I don't know what you would consider "a lot". If you are interested in selling it, offer it via an auction on your galaxy trade board - it's really the only way you have to assess it's value.

well it's cool to have something that can't be made anymore in game. Let's say you were to buy it, how much would you pay?

I would say more than 500-1m (sorry Pawlin!). Especially since they've become more rare and most haveprobably already shifted into the hands of ppl who use them intensively (ie power suppliers)
20 is pretty good, 1mil+ at least
But you may want to check out this thread:

These fusions are not meant to be part of the game, and may mysteriously disappear or be nerfed

Ya it may very well fetch more than 1M. I figure it would net me 6k cr per day roughly given the extra amount it would pull over a BER14. IN a year that would come out to around 2M. But it wouldn't be 100% utilized so 1.5M would be pretty conservative. So paying 1M would seem cheap. Course it depends on how much I think I'll be around that long. And then it won't depreciate in value either. Plus I'm a real cheapskate.
This is a real example where 'worth' is relative to teh price of an item. If every other architect vendor in the galaxy had BER20's then I would't even think of this as a buyer, I'd just shop around a little and find the cheaper seller(s).
