1) Can it be used in other than houses? i.e. Facts, harvs, etc, etc.

2) The receiving player must be present and targeted, correct?

3) Is the command in the title correct?

1. Yes - harvs, factories, etc

2. They must be present. What I've done is target the *structure* and then done the /transferstructure fred

3. Yes

If you are doing it for a house, I suggest you both be on the admin list and both be inside the house. Click on the structure terminal and then do the command.

Also, remember that the *owner* is on the admin list of a structure by default. When you transferstructure it to someone else, your name gets *removed* from the admin list. So if you want to continue to have admin rights, have the new owner add you back to the admin list immediately.

transfering the structure is glitchy twitchy and messy, and worriesome...hmmm what to do...
