Okay did anyone see this, and if so what the heck is it? Is this some form of implementing the player painting concept we have been talking about? Very interesting tho, although the article is kind of confusing....

Indeed, I believe this lets you take a screenshot and turn it into a painting.
It's only a one shot deal, though. The "printer" breaks after one use. Nevertheless, that is totally cool.......
Time to go kill me some galldern Jawas!

Hmmm, okay there are a few folks that are saying that these are just how you get a few of the other new paintings (teras kasi, Bio engineer, RIS armor paintings perhaps?). But its far from concrete. If anyone knows for certain whats up with these feel free to pipe in! 8)

I understood that this is only the way to get some of the new paintings made.
I never took it as a way to get our own screenshots into the game, although that would be really cool.
I doubt that this is for the screenshots

That would be a nightmare. Every time some one does this on any of the servers we would have to download that graphic file. Note it is just to get some of the new paintings that everyone has already down loaded the graphics for.
I aggree it would be cool to do, but the practicality of the situation makes it simply not happening.
