First let me say hello and thanks in advance for any information you can help me out with. I'm sure a couple of these questions may be covered in the stickies, but for me it always works best to just ask the players who really know and get your input. So thanks a ton guys in advance for any information that you can provide.

1. Do vendor huts have to be located in a player city? The little circular shacks? I've only seen them in cities.

2. I've seen blueprints for banks for sale. Is it possible to make money from owning a banking terminal? And must the terminal be located inside a player city?

3. Same question as 2 but with cloning facilities and shuttleports. I've seen both for sale. Must these deeds be built in a city or could you say put a cloning facility near a hunting ground for player use? Same with Shuttleport. Could you just buy the termial and set it near a player hunting ground if there isn't one close by? Or do you have to have a declared city?

4. Is it possible for us non-architect types to own more than 10 lots? If so how/where may we get them?

5. Is there any structute that you would recommend buying as a business investment? I've been making stimpacks from a medical factory and they sell great? But could you earn passive income from say a shuttleport?

Thanks for your patience with my questions guys. And thanks for your input!

1) No. Merchant tents can be placed anywhere normal structures can be placed. You must have the merchant skill Efficiency 4 to place one.

2) No. Banks are a city structure and only a mayor can place them. There is a city size requirement. They become part of the city and do not take up the mayor's lots.

3) Same as #2

4) No. Not even architects get more than 10 lots.

5) There are no (non-city) structures that will generate income in and of themselves. The best you can hope to do is place an access fee on a building that you own (assuming you have the skill to do so).
