Hi All
I am on Chimaera and I have had no less than 5 tells in the last 3 hours for a city hall................
I dont keep this things in stock and I did a quick bit of math and they use over 360 k units of ore, metal etc including the materials needed
to create the 6 identical power genie's ans stores mod.s
When I tell a buyer they r looking at 500k they get a bit "w t f" but even at 1.5 cpu the cost is 500k credits plus.
Are there some Archis out there selling off City Halls cheap ?
The archi system has today been nerfed a fair bit, lets not undersell ourselves any further.
I have now introduced a policy of 550k per city hall 50% non refundable deposit and if they dont have 10 residents at the end of day one I am not responsible for the thing going pooft.
Anyone else experiencing this

I would guess someons's going to flame you on this one. If they don't want to buy it from you at a price you're willing to make it for I wouldn't worry about it.

I charge 725k for them and build them by special order only.
It's not worth my trouble to build them for less and if someone doesn't want to pay that price it's fine with me.
They're complex to make and you burn a lot of materials making schematics if you don't have the parts on hand.
I offer discounts if they supply materials but my time and effort have value too.

City halls take about 80k materials.

Hi I'm from chimaera also i charge 1m.....if they dont like it tuff!

80k Materials * 3 cpu is 240k... I dont do 3 cpu 
I can sell the ingredients for more. Being as that none of the qualty matters on this I set my price (grudginly) at 4 CPU or 320k. I dont like the hassle of making 2 subs in a factory just to use those to make another sub. Power Cores are a huge PITA, so I settle for 4 cpu. The otherday a guy messages me and wants on,I tell him 320k and I can have it ready in 5 mins. He goes all postal sayingI charge to much, and he knowsexactly what ti ttakes to make it and stuff.. long storyshort he finds some idiot architect to sell it to him for250k.. roughly 3 cpu. We are cutting our own throats here buy selling crap for 3cpu.
