I have been a Master Archi for a while now. Recently I've had major issues crafting BER13 Chem's & Gas Harvs, while I have no problems crafting BER13 Flora, Mineral & BER14 Fusions. A little input would be appreciated. Thanks

I'll bet the farm its the Turbo Fluidic Pump.
We hear this kind of thing every week or two from someone and almost always, it ends up being the mining component (Turbo Fluidic Pump) that is the problem. Either the existing crates/schematics get buggy somehow or people accidently switch one schematic for another or something. PLUS you're having problems with both heavy chemical and heavy gas and those styles both share the Turbo pump.
I'd recommend that you make a new schematic for the Turbo Fluidic Drilling Pump components and make sure they are experimented up into the high 90% range.

I had the same issue, and it was exactly like what Pawlin said. I made a new schematic for the pump and now get to BER 13 once I hit 82% experimentation with them (allowing me to make bigger hoppers now)

I too am having troubles with Gas and Chemical harvesters. I am 100% positive that I am using the right TFP(94%), and I hit BER 13 only one in 5 chances.

The "only one in 5 chances" means that you are getting varying experiment results at final combine.
You need to get great success in final assembly to get a max BER. 1 in 5 is lower than would be expected, but it could just be bad luck. Or if you aren't a master then it could be due to lack of structure assembly points.

I agree on the 1 in 5 issue, could be the following things:
(1) your resources are right on the border line.
(2) when experminting only step 2 points ar a time.
(3)watch every experiment make sure they are all great sucess (even nicer is to have one amazing sucess) if you have a friend that lives in a player city with a "Research Center" specialization ask him if you can craft in his house (the rate of amazing sucess is amazingly higher in these citys) (note you have to be on admin to craft at some one else's home)
(4) if you can find it and afford it...... try to get arch expermintation tapes adding up to +20 the extra two points to spend on experimentation can realy make a differance !!!
(5) my turbo fluid pumps are currently 97% ( these are crutial to the outcome)
(6) I to experiment 5-10 times (1-amazing sucess changes my hopper size from 124k to 128k) then I make my sechmatic.
Hope something here helps

Did you get just a "success" or a "good success" on the initail construct? This could cause the problem of not hitting BER 13. Although, for that to happen 4 out of 5 times seems rare, but totally possible.

What's the condition on your crafting tool? Since I tend a lot with no combat skills, my crafting tools tend to decay a lot. Recently replaced a bunch of 55% tools.
