I am thinking of starting up my own business however I was wondering how people where going about promoting there business and how they draw people in. I am really intrested in if it is appropriate to "spam" in town phrases like "Do you need a new house? Well come to Oorimech and *coords* and get yourself a genuine winner of a houes!"

It's easier to just spam that you are selling houses and have some deeds on you.

I got a csr response yesterday about vendor items not showing on the bazaar. Apparently this is now as intended. Which means without whatever business skill makes the vendor spam when people walk by, there is no good way to let anyone know there are vendors in your house.

Not sure right now how vendors will work out. I guess as the game matures people will learn about vendors and whatnot, but as it is now, it's pretty difficult trying to sell items off them.

One thing you could do is email everyone that has bought from you the waypoint to your shop. If they are happy enough with you they will pass it along to friends that are in the market for a house.

There is no place more unforgiving and truthful than a battlefield. Name,Rank, Means nothing your true colors show through. Unless you have experienced it you have no room to talk, the rules change and, or are broken lives and friends lost but in the end you still stand. Does that make you a Hero or Lucky?

here's what I'm trying

- I put my house as close to Bestine as possible where I know a lot of groups pass by
- I named in The Happy Ewok - Houses/Furniture for sale... hehe it's lame but maybe the lameness will make people want to come in
- I turned the main room into a showcase. Every piece of furniture I seel is on display.

let's see what happens
