Aside from the door color, I can see no difference ...am i missing something?

Outside appeareance is the same the only thing that changes between the 2 styles is the layout

The layouts are exactly the same.... I think style 2 has a slightly different exterior...but I know they have the exact same floorplan

Style one has a curved roof to the left
Style 2 has a slanetd roof to the right...
the interiors appear the same

yea 2 friends and I sat running back and forth between houses trying to figure out the difference
you'd think since style 2 has a higher complexity value, it would have an extra room or something
