Thread: Anyone else notice buggy harvester
over the past few days it seem certain personal harvester get bugged and doesn't produce.
I'm 100% sure of enough credits and energy
I usually have 2 or 3 harvester mining same resources
everyday I would have 1 or 2 harvseter that only have 200 or so resources in it while other have 1.5-2.5k
this also happen to one of my friend. the resources we were mining were copper and aluminum on corbanthis naboo theed
anyone else notice this?
Yes i have on Kauri, Talus. A few of my harvestors turned them selves off.
Also the power supply seems out of wack. I get umlimited use with only 30 power.
Can anyone verify if harvestors ar supposed to decay from 90% to 25% in 2 realtime days when turned off?
You get unlimited use of a harvester with only ONE unit! You just need 1 unit to turnon a harvester and it will run forever, as long as you pay maintenance, don't turn it off, and don't switch resources. This has been bugged since Beta (and I hope theDevsnever get around to fixing it!).
My harvesters will last four days without paying maintenance, decaying at about 25% per day. At about 50% condition, they start getting reduced resources. I usually destroy them when they get under 20%, because it's not worth keeping them up at that point.
I haven't had that problem Bitslizer, but I am having a problem with a couple of mines.
The one I am having the most problm with, keeps disappearing, then reappearing the next day. I have not been able to access the "Operate" menu, therefore have not been able to collect the resource out of the hopper (this obviously happens when the unit is actually there). I have even destroyed it an rebuilt it nearby, but the same thing happens to the new one.
Also, every now and then, I have the same problem not being able to access the "Operate" menu on a couple of my other units, but those are on and off, not like the one I mentioned above, which I can NEVER access.
Harvesters require maintanance whether or not they are turned on, which means they will still decay when off.
