This info is from swgcenter.com What would you consider a reasonable price for the resources? What if you have 1 failure on a wall combine or generator turbine? I think 75K is a minimum realistic price for a factory. As long as you pay upkeep you will have it forever.
I think I've been selling mine for too cheap, so I raised my prices. I'll have to wait and see I guess when I make another one. Now that decent steel and good ore are pretty much gone on Naboo on Gorath, I raised my price for a factory from 40k to 45k. But honestly I haven't had many people asking for them this week. Only one guy, and he couldn't afford anywhere near that cost.
I've sold 2 so far for 40k and both buyers thought that was a very good price, and one even tipped me 5000.
who was the buyer?
I want to see if I am selling it to the same person or not.
Thanks.
I sell all my factory's for 40k.
Had someone tell me today he could get one for 25-30k from someone. Just told him they are loosing money, heck i'm right on the edge to keep my customers as a solo crafter.
On the good side the person selling that low will raise their prices or run missions to keep up with costs or just go out of business.
Yea I'm getting the feeling that the market might actually turn around later. At the start people are trying to just power lvl. Not many people can still enjoy the game and keep selling things for 2-3c/resource. Just switching all the havestors each week is really a pain.
I think it has also happened that non-crafters are realizing what actually goes into some of these things. It is still not that far into the game. People weren't supposed to collect a few hundred thousand credits in a week but they have. Honestly what do people do with credits once they have a large hosue and have the best weapon they want? Yea they have to repair it and buy another sometime, but really what do they need a lot of credits for ever again?
I'm sticking at a price of no lower than 3.5c/resource and tending to go towards 4c on most things. I don't need to sell that many items to stay afloat.
Well, its tough to find that quantity of ore...so if you try to sell one factory a day its hard unless you are buying other ppls ore. I usually charge between 4-5cr per resource. But then when you look at how long it takes to craft a single factory, about 30minutes...there is no way I am going to sell it for 40k.
Also, the ppl buying factories are indirect competitors...
It's only 3 walls guys, 13.5k resources.
IMHO 35k for friends/PA mates, 40k for others. That's what I charge.
3 per resource is plenty when you can pound the stuff out for around 1 credit per in maintenance and power.
