I am in the process of putting together materials for identical power core units. I produce 5 identical turbines that come in a crate, 5 identical energy distributors that come in a crate, and...initially 5 identical power conditioners in a crate. I then go to pull an item from each of the crates to create a power core unit schematic. I can pull one out of the turbine and energy distributor crate, but not the power conditioner crate.

I dont know what to do. I have dropped it and picked it up, traded it to a friend to let him try and it didnt work. Next I created 10 power conditioners in a crate and I still couldnt pull anything out of the crate.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any response and please respond like Im a second grader.

you dont actually need to log off when this happens. Basically you just need to wait. In my experience it can take anywhere from 5-20 min for these Factory crates to "unlock". But eventually it does happen.

First time it happened to me I relogged and it didnt help.

On a side note, the first time it happened to me I put the factory crate into a pack then tried to bring the items out of the crate. It worked but the item I got was unusable and disapeared after I loged the next time. Leaving me 1 units short of completing a PA hall and having to make that part again in a factory.

This happens to me all the time on many different schematics. It happens most on structure modules, but I have had it happen on blaster power handlers as well.

The only fix I know of is to log out for 10 min. Logging out and immediately back in rarely fixes it. It always fixes it when I wait 10 min. Of course, sometimes it works for a while and then stops working again. LOL

Here's one for our corespondant! We need this one fixed as well.

it's server lag.

give it some time, go sleep on it, come back, it'll work.
