How can you make a house into a Cantina or a Hospital? Is it simply built into the house when you make the deed or something else? Thanks in advance.

Currently, all player cantinas/hospitals are just normal houses or PA halls.

People stats can be recovered by medics or entertainers while in ANY house... but the ones labeled as being a hospital or cantina usually have a good decorating job, as well as some staff.

Nothing special is done to the deed.

Evidently, in the player cities cantinas and hospitals will be player owned. I'm hoping we get a few floorplans for cantinas, possibly with differing lot requirements.
