I have never owned a house before...so I am sure this is a newbie question...
I want to get a large house (have plenty of cash), but was wondering how long it will last (decay rate)?
What is the decay rate on all 3 types of houses (Small, Medium, Large) ifyou always keep themaint. paid up? Howlong will my house last? Someone told me they only last a month a long time ago, so want to get a fresh answer.

Also, I am looking for a large generic house on the Tarquinas server. Let me know if any of you guys are selling!

The maintenance on your house will vary based on the experimental durability that the architect who made the house deed got when they crafted it, so you'll have to find a range of maintenance pricing to get a good idea.

As far as how long it will last, the houses will last indefinitely so long as you keep the house maintenance paid.

and the durability has only to do with how fast it would decay after maintainance would be not payed, thats it about.

so if u always pay maintain then u keep it forever
