Hey, are they ever gonna fix it so we can put stuff on the balconies. Patio table and chairs, etc.

Probably not... That would increase the amount of data sent and processed every time someone walks by a house.

As it is now, the server doesn't send you info on furniture and stuff until you've been in the house for a few seconds. Heck in my house It often sends me the data, then decides to send it again, so I see my stuff, then the house goes empty, and loads in back up again.

But currently, there are no known plans for them to allow furniture outside of the interal house structure.
